Anuga 2019 is set to bring all of the leading foodservice leaders and innovators together under one roof. A highlight at Anuga this year is the range of themes it is exploring, including current market data, developments and trends, and the future of the world’s food and beverage industry. 

The Anuga Trend Zone will look to address the most topical themes in the relevant industry sectors through the eyes of consumption and market researchers. Product introductions and trends will be in the spotlight as well as worldwide market shifts and consumer trends. 

Anuga Horizon 2050 looks at the future of the foodservice industry. For 100 years, Anuga has lead the world in food and beverage innovation and commitment. Anuga 2050 paves the way for innovative technologies and sustainable solutions. At Anuga Horizon 2050, five areas will be focused on:

  • Sustainable Environment – Better Food for a Better World
  • Startup-Day – New Solutions, New Products
  • Alternative Proteins – New Sources to Feed 10 Billion
  • New Nutrition – The Evolution of Food
  • Internet of Food

The Anuga Taste Innovation Show will present the top innovations from all of Anuga’s ten trade shows.

In addition to these three events, the Anuga Start-Up area will showcase start-ups from around 25 countries who will present their ideas to an international audience in daily pitches. This will be a great place for networking and finding inspiration.
