As a special Christmas treat, the Burns & Ferrall Great Container Kitchen will be a taste of SKYCITY, showcasing a range of dishes created by SKYCITY’s talented chefs in the lead-up to Christmas.
Showcasing the versatility of the container itself, the chefs will be serving up ao buns, potato skins with parmesan cheese, mini hot dogs, breaded veal cutlets with salsa verde and buttermilk cabbage slaw, BBQ spare ribs with sweet and sour sauce, a mini burger soft shell crab with sweet chilli mayo and Asian slaw and a strawberry cheesecake with pavlova
The Container will be at SKYCITY between Huami and Bellota, next to the Corona Caravan, serving during the Federal St Christmas festival. The container opens today from 4.30pm-10pm, then remaining days from 12.30pm-10pm.
