The Restaurant Association New Zealand are pleased to announce that it has  received confirmation on counter service operations. Counter service has now been confirmed to be acceptable under Alert Level 2.

Operations that use counter service for ordering, pick-up or payment must have measures in place to manage physical distancing between groups of customers at all times.

The association has updated its guidelines and these outline different options for managing table and counter service.

Initial measures put in place will be reviewed on the 29th of May.
