Guacamole takes centre stage in Burger Burger’s latest menu. Created using Bay of Plenty-grown avocados courtesy of The Avo Tree, the collaboration has produced two limited-edition menu specials.
First on the list is the Mexican Chicken burger. Starring the quintessential guacamole, the burger includes a spicy chicken breast, garlic prawns, aged cheddar, paprika mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and red onions.
Second on the menu is the Holy Guacamole. The dish comes with fresh tomato salsa and homemade corn chips.
Both specials are will be available in all Burger Burger stores starting November 11 for the Mexican Chicken burger, and November 18 for the Holy Guacamole.
