ARTISAN AWARD FINALISTS ANNOUNCED!

We are delighted to announce the finalists in the 2018 Inspire+ NZ Artisan Awards.

This year there were over 350 entries including product from fresh, frozen, chilled, deli and ambient categories. The judging panel found the level of ingredient quality, innovation, packaging and taste to be of the highest standards and the number of finalists reflects the difficulty they had in making the final selection.

Congratulations to those who have made the finalist list, winners will be announced on September 21.

The special New World PitchMe Award will be announced on September 5. This award will see one company have 15 minutes with a panel of buyers and decision makers from Foodstuffs North Island to hear valuable feedback and help them get onto the supermarket shelf and expand their brand.

This bespoke gelato company operates out of Auckland and does some creative work with the creamy stuff. Their cupcakes are a great innovation, offering all the joy and nostalgia of an ice cream cake with the class of Italian gelato.

Appleby Farms – Bedford Vanilla Bean, Brown Eyed Girl, Bad Boys and Berries, Double Shot Ipanema.
