Aranciata Fizz

Fill a martini glass with ice. Place a cup of ice and all ingredients into coctail shaker, tearing the basil as you add it. Stir vigorously. Remove ice from matini glass and fill glass with the mocktail. Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve immediately.

200ml Sanpellegrino Aranciata
8-10 drops Angostura Bitters
2 Drops Almond Essence
10ml Lemon Juice
Four Fresh Basil Leaves
Lemon Wedge to serve
