Kisumé has joined Four Pillars Distillery to distil a gin inspired by the restaurant’s name, which translates as ‘pure obsession with beauty’, and the exquisite food they serve. The gin was created to complement the pure flavours of Kisumé’s sushi while being equally a gin with enough distinction to stand out in cocktails from their bar.
After being available at Kisumé restaurant in Melbourne for a year, Pure Kisumé Gin is now set to be released to the general public.
