WORLD’S BEST BARS

Ahead of the annual World’s 50 Best Bars Awards, the 2019 list of bars ranked 51 to 100 has been revealed. The list showcases bars from 26 different cities across 20 different countries, each of which provides a unique take on contemporary bar culture.

The 2019 51-100 list features 14 new entries, one of which will be names the Campari One To Watch at the upcoming ceremony in which the Top 50 will be announced, too.

The USA’s bar offerings continue to impress, with nine bars featuring in the 51-100 list. Asia boasts 11 establishments, spread throughout Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Singapore and South Korea.

Australia has four bars in the 51-100 list this year. “Ahead of The World’s 50 Best Bars awards ceremony returning to London’s Roundhouse on 3rd October, we’re excited to be able to share the 51-100 list,” said William Drew, group editor of The World’s 50 Best bars. “It is a true reflection of some of the key emerging trends in the industry, as well as the extraordinary talent of the bartenders.”
