Foley Wines and Nourish Group have teamed up to support cyclone-affected areas through serving mouth-watering food and wine.
On March 28, all purchases from a dedicated wine list by Foley Wines, who are home to wineries like Martinborough Vineyard, Vavasour and Te Kairanga, will be donated to a cyclone relief fund supporting the work of KidsCan and the SPCA.
The fund will also be aided by a la carte food purchases from Nourish Group's Jervois Steak House, Shed 5 and Andiamo.
KidsCan will distribute clothing and food supplies to children and families in Auckland, Northland, Hawke's Bay and Tairāwhiti. The charity will also be providing displaced families with supplies like beds, bedding, furniture, whiteware and essential household items.
The SPCA have been helping on the ground in Hawke's Bay, Northland and Gisborne to rescue displaced animals and providing lifesaving transport, shelter and support to pet-owners.
