The country's largest food festival, Visa Wellington On a Plate, is back for 2023.
Taking place from May 5 to May 21 and August 11 to August 27, the event will see more than 100 festival events and pop-ups, as well as one-off menus, dishes and cocktails.
The theme for this year's festival is "Breaking the Mould," which will push hospitality professionals to look to the future and push boundaries.
Unlike previous years, this year's Visa Wellington On a Plate will be split into two parts.
In May, attendees are invited to take part in Dine Wellington, a showcase of the talent of local chefs, who will create dishes and set menus inspired by the festival theme.
Cocktail Wellington will also be taking place in May, allowing guests to enjoy special cocktails and matching tapas from the city's best bartenders.
In August, Burger Wellington, presented by Garage Project, will return. Hospitality businesses from convenience stores to high-end hotels will vie for the coveted title of the ultimate burger, using regional ingredients. The competition will cook up more than 200 different burgers.
Beginning in 2009, this year's Visa Wellington On a Plate marks the festival's 15th anniversary.
Visa Pre-sale tickets go on sale from March 20 to March 22. General tickets are on sale from March 23.
