Stoddart NZ Ltd has acquired a 60 percent shareholding in Hoodmaster Ltd.
Stoddart NZ said it was excited to announce that it has acquired a 60 percent shareholding in the existing business of Hoodmaster Ltd from current owners David and Samantha Bottom.
Over the last six years, Hoodmaster has become a market leader in manufacturing and supplying engineered kitchen ventilation solutions to the New Zealand and Pacific markets. Hoodmaster Ltd will continue to be run independently, with existing shareholders and management staying on with the business.
“Hoodmaster has grown fantastically over the last six years, establishing itself as an expert in the market. Its customers are complementary to our existing customer base, and the acquisition of a shareholding in Hoodmaster Ltd gives both our businesses future scope to grow," said Tony Stoddart.
