AUSTRALIA | Melbourne's Secret Garden has announced it will reopen for the "Summer of Spritz," in collaboration with mixer specialist, StrangeLove.
Following its winter hibernation, QT Melbourne’s most exclusive private event space, Secret Garden, has made a much-anticipated return for its sixth season – this year embracing the vibrant theme of a ‘Summer of Spritz’.
In collaboration with Australian-born premium mixer specialist StrangeLove, Secret Garden has transformed into a sun-soaked rooftop oasis. The secluded garden bar will now feature scalloped umbrellas, lush garden beds, live food stations, and a Mediterranean BBQ menu, all perfectly complementing the venue’s industrial design and breathtaking cityscape views.
The cocktail menu has been designed as a celebration of the spritz, featuring standout creations such as the StrangeLove Holy Grapefruit, crafted with Burdekin Virgin Cane Spirit, Maxwell Honey Mead, and honeycomb, and the StrangeLove Lime and Jalapeño, mixed with Agave Australis Silver, Marionette Peach Liqueur, and fresh peach.
To complement the drinks, QT Melbourne’s Executive Chef, Nic Wood has curated a Mediterranean BBQ menu, complete with an outdoor barbeque and private chef. The all-Victorian selection includes Lemon and Garlic Chicken, BBQ Eggplants with Haloumi and Honey Sticks, Heirloom Tomato and Panzanella Salad, and a delightful Strawberry and Raspberry Meringue with Cream and Custard to finish.
For those in the know, Secret Garden offers a truly unique experience, accessible only through a discreet back-of-house entrance. After going through the unmarked door, guests are transported into a lush, leafy haven high above the city streets, designed to accommodate up to 70 guests for an intimate and unforgettable gathering.
Guests can also upgrade their menu selection with live station add-ons, including a burrata bar, and rotisserie station.
QT Melbourne’s revamped Secret Garden is now open for private events, with bookings available exclusively during the summer months.
