AUSTRALIA | Schnitz has introduced a new chapter for its delivery services, having signed a multi-year partnership with Uber Eats.

Schnitz has entered a multi-year exclusive partnership with Uber Eats, marking the next chapter in its delivery journey and expanding access to its fresh, made-to-order menu for eaters across Australia.

As Schnitz’s exclusive delivery partner nationwide, Uber Eats will help bring the brand’s focus on healthy, real food to more Australians, more reliably than ever. Building on a strong existing relationship, the partnership is designed to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for eaters, while supporting continued growth for Schnitz.

This milestone collaboration reflects a shared ambition between Uber Eats and Schnitz to raise the bar for delivery. By bringing operations onto a single, trusted platform, Schnitz can streamline its restaurant network, better support franchise partners, and invest further in menu innovation and great value for customers.

With Uber Eats’ extensive delivery network and technology, Schnitz is well-positioned to meet evolving customer habits, making it easier than ever to enjoy their favourites at home, on the go, or wherever they are.

In an Australian-first for the category, Schnitz will also enable its Crumb Collective loyalty members to earn Crumb Points when ordering via Uber Eats. This integration ensures customers are rewarded however they choose to order, bringing together the convenience of delivery with the benefits of loyalty.

“This exclusive agreement with Uber Eats marks a world-class partnership for Schnitz and the next evolution of our delivery strategy. At the core of this strategy is a clear ambition: to lead through innovation across technology and convenience,” said Kerri Wane, CEO of Schnitz.

“Over the next few years, we are building on an unmatched foundation powered by the largest network for food delivery. As a leading delivery partner, Uber Eats connects us with highly relevant audiences, while giving us priority access and elevation on the platform. This allows us to simplify our operations, strengthen unit economics for our franchise partners, and deliver a faster, more seamless experience for our guests.”

“Schnitz is a much-loved brand, and this exclusive partnership is all about helping more people enjoy their favourite Schnitz meals with ease,” said Ed Kitchen, Managing Director of Uber Eats Australia & New Zealand.

“Together, we’re focused on delivering a seamless and reliable experience, with great food arriving fresh and fast. We’re excited to continue building on our partnership and supporting Schnitz as they grow across Australia.”
