Set to open next month at the brand new dining lane at Sylvia Park, Hawker & Roll, fast-casual spin off of sister restaurant Madam Woo, will be the first restaurant in the country to use a dedicated order-ahead app made by Melbourne-based tech company LOKE.

Mayfare Group Ltd., the business behind Hawker & Roll, has a history of early adoption in regards to technology. The restaurant group was one of the first to implement digital gift cards across each of its restaurants, uses a cloud-based POS system, and has a fully integrated learning management software in place for staff training.
Hawker & Roll customers will be able to order ahead using their mobile devices, pay using LOKE’s fully integrated and secured digital wallet, and then collect their order from a special takeaway window..

Not only will the technology from LOKE eliminate wait times for customers in a hurry, it will also minimize wage costs and take pressure off front of house staff during busy periods. Customers who download the app will automatically join Hawker & Roll’s loyalty programme, making them eligible for discounts, bonus offers, and special giveaways.
