ProFood Tech celebrated a convincing premiere from April 4-6 in Chicago. A total of 447 exhibiting companies from 16 countries were represented at the premiere event, including companies from the US, Turkey, Denmark, Canada and Italy, who displayed their products to almost 6,500 trade visitors. ProFood is the only event of its kind catering to food and beverage technology in the NAFTE region.
“The positive response of the industry to this new trade fair format confirms our dialogue-oriented concept approach and the interest in a new leading international trade fair in the NAFTA region,” said Gerald Böse, president and CEO of Koelnmesse GmbH.
The next ProFood fair is set to be held March 26-28, 2019.
