USA | New compact cafe concept chain Perkins Griddle & Go has officially opened its first-ever location, designed for the modern customer.
Perkins American Food Co. has officially opened the doors of its first-ever Perkins Griddle & Go, a compact café concept designed for the modern’s fast-paced consumers. This innovative model blends traditional American hospitality with a modern, convenient experience, featuring a streamlined design and elevated café atmosphere.
At just 1,500 square feet, Perkins Griddle & Go can seat 65 guests comfortably, making it an ideal stop for those on the go. The restaurant is located in a travel plaza and features modern digital menus and self-order kiosks to accommodate busy customers looking for quick bites. For those with a bit more time, a cozy café-style dining awaits.
Perkins Griddle & Go welcomes guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring a best-in-class bakery. The menu includes a variety of breakfast classics like omelettes and benedicts, now also available as bowls. In addition, there are comfort food favourites and specialty "Griddle Greats" that Perkins is known for. The new menu also introduces a brand-new category of breakfast sandwiches, a lighter eats section, and options for burgers and sandwiches, perfect for both dine-in and grab-and-go visits. For those with a sweet tooth, the cafe will offer a selection from the famous Perkins Bakery, including cinnamon rolls, brownies, cookies, iconic pies, and Mammoth Muffins.
