Wellington will be the destination of choice for foodies this July for the first in a series of degustation dinners prepared by some of the country’s best chefs.
Famed restaurant Logan Brown in Wellington will be the host of the first ‘Joining Forces – Ora King Chef Collaboration Series’ dinner with further events planned for Christchurch and Auckland later in the year.
The concept is to showcase fine New Zealand dining in leading local restaurants. Joining Forces aims to highlight what can be achieved by combining fresh local produce with equally hot talent.
The inaugural event features collaboration between a selection of celebrated chefs who have created a special five-course menu with matched wines.
Chefs participating in the series include Bradley Hornby (Arbour, Blenheim), David Griffiths (Mr D Dining, Napier), Rex Morgan (Boulcott Street Bistro, Wellington) and Shaun Clouston and Adele Hyde – Logan Brown.
