Sox Hospitality Group has announced a strategic partnership with Gold Coast-based Element Shopfitting for the highly-anticipated development of the new Circle Lane Espresso in Surfers Paradise.
The collaboration marks an exciting expansion for Sox Hospitality Group's growing footprint in the Gold Coast's premier entertainment precinct. Element Shopfitting, which has already delivered successful fit-outs for Sox Hospitality's Goo-E Dessert Bar locations, brings proven expertise in hospitality and retail spaces to this landmark project.
Circle Lane Espresso will add a fresh concept to the area's evolving food and beverage landscape, bringing quality coRee culture and dining to the heart of Surfers Paradise.
A key hallmark of this project is Sox Hospitality Group's commitment to its established business relationships. Following Open Projects Group's administration, Sox ensured continuity by retaining 100 percent of their existing suppliers and trades for the development. This demonstrates the confidence in their proven partnerships, while adding Element Shopfitting's specialised capabilities to deliver results.
