On Sunday night, at The Pullman Hotel, the winners of the 2019 Lewisham Awards were announced. The 17th annual Lewisham Awards was a sell-out event—a tribute to the calibre of the finalists and the regard in which they are held.
The Lewisham Awards, which are named after the late Richard Lewisham, a pioneer of the Auckland hospitality scene, were established in 2002 to celebrate the talent of Auckland’s hospitality industry. Not only this, but the prestige of the event helps to encourage excellence throughout the city’s hospitality community.
The mix-match of fresh talent and established veterans shone through, highlighting the dynamic nature of the industry.
