Le Salon Highlights Indulgence

A new champagne experience at QT Auckland, Le Salon, has introduced guests to an experience where prohibition meets indulgence.

QT has invited guests to step into the shadows of yesteryear and discover Le Salon, a Champagne-soaked hideaway perched high above the city at Rooftop at QT.

Inspired by the glamour and grit of the roaring 1920s, enter a velvet-draped hideaway where prohibition meets indulgence, and Champagne is the libation of choice.

Le Salon is now open until the 31st of August 2025, for late-night soirées soaked in ragtime rhythm, Champagne tasting flights, and weekend lunches, paired with Perrier-Jouët pours.

The Gilded Trio is a three-part harmony of iconic drops from the houses of Perrier-Jouët and G.H. Mumm for NZD 49. For those with a deeper fascination with fizz, Secrets of the Cellar reveals itself; for NZD 99, guests can enjoy a guided five-pour journey through the refined realms of G.H. Mumm, RSRV and Perrier-Jouët Champagnes, including a rare pour of the Belle Epoque Rosé cuvée, an exclusive vintage almost never served by the glass.

Each flight can be elevated with a collection of culinary companions designed to match each pour. Think fried chicken topped with salmon caviar, pizza fritti with parmesan custard and truffle-laced Wagyu sliders.

Friday nights have been given a debonair glow-up at Le Salon. A lively evening of Champagne, unfiltered indulgence and ragtime rhythm, when the clock strikes 8.30pm, guests are invited to loosen their pearls and lean into a little old-world mischief.

QT’s Director of Champagne will be making the rounds offering a bump of caviar and a glass of Perrier-Jouët for NZD 49 a pop. Bottles of Perrier-Jouët Brut are just NZD 120, and music spills over the balcony to carry the evening into the small hours.

A sunlit secret six floors above the city, La Vie en Champagne luncheon is for those who prefer their flutes full and their lunches luxuriously unhurried. Guests can start with a glass of Perrier-Jouët before a choose-your-own-adventure from a two-course menu unfolds.
