For the first time, the licensed premise operating as a bar is available for lease. Bayleys Auckland Central is marketing it. The property has an asking net annual rental of $69,000 plus GST and is available from September.
Chattels available with the lease include tables, chairs, couches, bar stools, outdoor furniture, a large walk-in chiller and the bar fit out. The kitchen can also be extended to cater for a full meal service.
