Hilton Darwin’s PepperBerry Restaurant Wins at Gold Plate Awards

Hilton Darwin’s signature dining outlet, PepperBerry Restaurant has won the Gold Plate for Hotel Restaurant of the Year award. The restaurant’s executive chef, Fiona Weir was the joint winner for Chef of the Year. The Gold Plate awards are the Australian Northern Territory’s premier restaurant and dining accolades.
