SINGAPORE | FHA HoReCa is set to explore the future of foodservice and manufacturing,  partnered with the FSTEC Asia conference.

FSTEC Asia, open to all FHA HoReCa attendees, will merge foodservice and hospitality with innovative tech solutions for the Asia market.

Attendees will explore cutting-edge products, have access to attend educational sessions, and be able to engage with industry leaders and tech innovators.

This event will offer valuable networking opportunities and insights into the latest trends, helping attendees to stay ahead in the industry.

FHA HoReCa has invited all to Join the conversation and gain a competitive edge in hospitality and foodservice technology.

FSTEC Asia will feature a panel of expert industry leaders, who will share their key industry insights through conversation and engagement with those attending the expo.

One of this year’s key speakers is Benjamin Boh, Managing Director of McDonald’s Singapore. Boh first joined the McDonald’s system in 2013 as the Director of Strategy and Planning for the regional team, coordinating strategic plans and execution initiatives for Asia, Middle East and Australia. Boh then relocated to Japan to lead business change by introducing new revenue streams for food delivery and modernising the employee and customer experience in the McDonald’s restaurants.

Robert Grimes, Founder and CEO of the IFBTA (the Food and Beverage Technology Association) and Host of the TechBytes podcast, will also join the panel. The IFBTA was launched at FSTEC (Foodservice Technology Conference and Showcase) 2014, which was founded by Grimes in 1996 and is a non-profit professional association promoting and advancing technology and innovation for the global food and beverage industries.

Prior to establishing the IFBTA, Grimes also founded ConStrata Technology Consulting and its predecessor companies, which have been providing information technology consulting services for the global hospitality, foodservice and retail industries and is headquartered in Potomac, Maryland since 1994.

Also joining the panel is David McKillips, CEO of CEC Entertainment. The group is the parent company of one of the world's top family entertainment chains, Chuck E. Cheese, as well as Pasqually’s Pizza & Wings and growing regional pizza restaurant Peter Piper Pizza. Across the family of brands, there are nearly 700 restaurants around the globe.
