Flight Coffee Fuels Auckland Design Week 2025

Auckland Design Week (ADW) has announced Flight Coffee as a Silver Sponsor for its 2025 event. Renowned for its innovative approach and exceptional coffee, Flight Coffee will play a central role in energising this year’s festival with various unique contributions.

Flight Coffee has secured naming rights for ADW’s thought-provoking panel discussion: Balancing Risk & Reward: Ethics, Cybersecurity, and Emerging Technologies. Taking place during the Design Conference in Mt. Eden on Thursday, 6 March 2025, this session promises to explore the intersection of ethics and emerging tech in a rapidly evolving world.

As part of the partnership, Flight Coffee will also:

  • Provide pop-up coffee stations and Flight coffee cans at ADW events.
  • Host a “Coffee & Handshakes” networking event on Saturday, 8 March 2025, creating a relaxed atmosphere at their HQ in Dominion Road for attendees to connect in the morning before attending ADW’s Design Day.
  • Provide a hub within its Mt Eden HQ for the Auckland Design Week operations team to collaborate (and caffeinate) in the leadup to the event, demonstrating their commitment to fostering creativity and collaboration behind the scenes.

"At Flight Coffee, we’re all about innovation, creativity, and bringing people together, so partnering with Auckland Design Week feels like a perfect fit," said Flight Coffee Founder and Creative Director Nick Clark. "Coffee plays a big role in fueling ideas and connections, and we’re excited to be part of an event that celebrates and inspires the design community."

Flight Coffee joins an impressive lineup of partners for Auckland Design Week 2025, including other notable beverage brands such as Fever-Tree - a partner for the Fashion, Design, and Architecture: Exploring Value and Craft event at Webb’s Auction House - and Almighty, who are providing preferential pricing for all event partners; as well as major sponsors Resene, Forte, and Lexus. ADW is looking to expand its network of partners further and welcomes expressions of interest, particularly from alcoholic beverage brands.
