Ferrero Foodservice has launched a ‘Nutella Foodservice’ Facebook page, specifically catering towards foodservice professionals in Australia and New Zealand. The page is a global first and sees the company communicating directly with end-users, something which has typically only happened through wholesalers in the past.

The page has grown to over 15,000 likes since December and gives customers an insight into the creative uses of Nutella, connects them with other cafés and venues and offers regular giveaways and competitions.

“We have been overwhelmed with the response to the Nutella Foodservice Facebook page in the first few months,” said Jodie Tripodi, National Sales Manager Foodservice for Ferrero Australia and New Zealand. “Cafés, restaurants and patisseries have long been using Nutella in their kitchens but haven’t had an outlet to ask questions, share their creations and get in touch with us directly now.”
