Ed Sheeran set to open live music bar in London

Ed Sheeran and his manager, Stuart Camp.

Ed Sheeran, the multi-million dollar record artist, is said to be opening a live music bar in London. Sheeran, along with his manager Stuart Camp, purchased Spanish restaurant Galicia on Portobello Road and is in the process of renovating to create space for live music.

According to the Sun, Sheeran and Camp paid around £1.5 for the venue. It is also rumoured that Sheeran will be quite hands-on at the pub, owning a house nearby in Notting Hill. The pub is said to be opening around late April, with no confirmed date or name for it yet, either. Castle on the Hill is apparently in contention for the pub’s name, but nothing is confirmed as of yet. Castle on the Hill is a homage to his hit single of the same name.
