AUSTRALIA | Domino's has launched Taste of India range, introducing new styles and flavours previously unseen on the menu.
Domino’s has spiced up spring with the launch of three bold new pizzas in the Taste of India range. From the vegetarian delight Paneer Paradise to the fiery Tikka Sweet Heat and the cheesy Tandoori Lava, each celebrates the rich, aromatic flavours of Indian cuisine.
It’s not the first time Kiwis have had a taste of these bold, Indian-inspired flavours. Butter Chicken and Spicy Peppy Paneer pizzas, introduced in 2023, quickly became customer favourites. Since then, Domino’s has dished up more than 45 tonnes of butter chicken sauce and 32 tonnes of paneer cheese, that’s enough sauce to fill 18 Olympic swimming pools, and enough cheese to match the weight of five adult elephants.
The popularity has been echoed in customer feedback, with one fan calling the Butter Chicken pizza “amazing. The toppings were generous, and the flavour was unreal.” At the same time, another described the Spicy Peppy Paneer as “the best pizza on the menu - full of flavour and always fresh.”
Kent Madders, Domino's ANZ Chief Marketing Officer, said the decision to launch new pizzas in the Taste of India range was driven by the consistently positive feedback and the continued rise in popularity of Indian food in New Zealand.
“Indian food is a forever favourite among Kiwis, and our customers have embraced it whenever we’ve put an Indian-inspired twist on pizza. The Taste of India range is all about reimagining those bold, authentic flavours in new ways that we know our Domino’s customers will love.”
Domino’s Head of Product & Innovation ANZ Michael Treacy said the range reflects the trend towards modern fusion while still delivering the comfort Domino’s is known for.
“Our team has worked hard to capture the essence of Indian cuisine in a way that feels fresh yet familiar. From the creamy richness of paneer to the smoky spice of tandoori, these pizzas deliver the perfect balance of comfort and adventure in every bite.”
Domino’s Taste of India range is available in stores across New Zealand from Monday, September 8, 2025.
