U.S | Delivery-Centric Food Hall Concept from DoorDash

DoorDash has announced the launch of a delivery-focused food hall-like concept in Brooklyn, New York.

DoorDash Kitchens Brooklyn will be the first DoorDash Kitchens location to offer permanent, indoor seating within the ghost kitchen network that launched two years ago. The commissary kitchen will eventually offer five different national and local restaurant brands as part of a delivery-forward food hall concept with limited seating for 20 people.

New York City sushi brand DomoDomo, Brooklyn-based fried chicken and pies brand, Pies ‘n’ Thighs, and Williamsburg-based dim sum restaurant, Kings So Imperial, will be available at the DoorDash Kitchens spot located at the shared-use commercial kitchen in Downtown Brooklyn.

DoorDash Kitchens launched in early 2020 as a ghost kitchen network experiment in the San Francisco Bay Area and two years later, now has two locations in the San Jose area and North Hollywood, California.
