Chef Sid Sahrawat, leading restaurateur, is reactivating his old Hospobaby Facebook and Instagram pages for the duration of the COVID-19 lockdown, showcasing video led recipes.
Hospobaby provides a range of recipes and ideas to get kids cooking in the kitchen and features Sid and eight year old daughter Zoya (with cameo appearances from four year old son, Roan).
This is what Sid and Zoya have planned for the next few weeks with the how to videos loaded at midday each Wednesday, starting this week. On the menu:
1st April: Sticky Master Stock Pork Ribs with Kimchi
8th April (Easter): Baked beans, bacon and bagels + Feijoa Crumble with vanilla mascarpone
15th April: Balinese chicken with cucumber and mint salad
22nd April: Mushroom and prosciutto pizza
