All you need is:
Hi-Tex Flour 1kg
Champion Acto Baking Powder 25g
Water 1400ml
Then simply
1. Sift flour and baking powder into bowl
2. Gradually add water, mixing until smooth
3. Dip your fish (or other) in the batter, ensuring they are well coated
4. Deep fry in oil 180c until golden
5. Drain on absorbent paper
