Consumers with multiple allergy concerns are becoming more common, and with AllergyWise™ products, foodservice providers can cater for singular and multiple allergy requirements with the same product. There is no need for additional or extra varieties. AllergyWise™ products are produced out of a separate contained facility that is gluten free, egg free, dairy free, nut free, soy free and vegan. AllergyWise™ bread loaves are a “normal” full sized loaf and look and taste like normal bread when toasted. The range includes bread loaves, Turkish Pide, sticks, rolls and hamburger buns, among others.
