Gather Café in Canberra has been named the Australian Café of the Year in the Restaurant and Catering Savour Awards. The Savour Awards provide recognition for restaurants and caterers that excel in their field.
Having been open for less than a year Gather Café’s owners William Fisher and Marcellus Heleta were stoked to have won the competition. Fisher said, “We were up against some tough, very established competition, but we also knew we were already doing a good job.”
