Cordis, Auckland, said it was thrilled to announce that a signature dish, the East Coast Brisket Burger at Our Land Bar, has been named one of the Top 100 Iconic Auckland Eats 2025, an annual celebration of the region’s most cherished and meaningful food experiences.
Curated by Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, the list of Iconic Auckland Eats is based on public nominations. Locals are invited to share stories of their favourite dishes from eateries across the city, not just for their flavour, but for the memories, traditions, and emotional connections they inspire. The final list of 100 dishes is selected from hundreds of heartfelt submissions, making it a true reflection of Auckland’s diverse food culture.
The standout East Coast Brisket Burger features succulent pulled smoked beef brisket in a soft bun, paired with a tangy blackberry BBQ sauce, crisp fennel slaw, and a creamy karengo flavoured hollandaise, a true celebration of New Zealand flavours and ingredients.
