ECF Asia Pacific incorporating Reward Hospitality is pleased to advise the acquisition of Chemworks PTY LTD. Subject to some final conditions it is expected that completion of the sale will be effective 1st October 2022.
Founded in 2000 by Sean and Peta Barnes, Chemworks is a market leading supplier of commercial-quality products to the hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors within the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and Riverina regions.
This exciting acquisition completes ECF Asia Pacific’s Australian footprint and places the Company as a true national player with sites in every Australian state and territory. This reach further solidifies our position as Asia Pacific’s leading hospitality and care supplier and furthers ECF’s logistical strength by creating a truly national distribution network.
