For the third consecutive year, Gaggan Anand’s eponymous restaurant ‘Gaggan’ has been awarded the coveted title of Best Restaurant in Asia. It was also awarded Best Restaurant in Thailand. Chef Gaggan Anand was praised for his unique twists on Indian dishes, reinventing traditional fare with contemporary twists.
