On the palate this wine has flavours reminiscent of lemon and lime, mandarin peel, freshly baked ginger biscuits and orange sherbet. Rich, complex mouth feel that combines with the salivating acidity, working to balance the wine residual sugar providing a lingering and elegant finish. Best matched with anti-pasto, fish and shellfish dishes.
