Health food takeaway establishment Tank is in the spotlight yet again after a customer found a bolt in her wrap. The store manager offered the customer a replacement wrap after being shown the 2cm-long bolt.
Another customer had a similar experience after chipping his tooth on a coin-sized rock in a Tank salad. The company have promised to reimburse the customer for the cost of his dental work.
Tank has apologised to both customers and are undertaking a full internal review of its processes. The two outlets were located in Auckland.
