This IPA is one of 5 new brews recently launched by Kapiti Coast Brewers Tuatara. With a mix of NZ and American hops and a tantalizing dry hop, it looks as pure gold as it tastes. The refreshing aromas released on opening support a fruit forward expectation on tasting. With a solid bitterness from a good dose of Pacific Jade hop, the dry hopping regime imparts layers of citrusy lemon and orange; tropical passionfruit, mango and melon and subtle peachy stone fruit. Bitterness and flavour balance beautifully with a seemly malt base.
