TAYLOR BROWN SHOWCASES NEW VINTAGE RELEASES

For the third year Taylor Brown Ltd, the joint distribution partnership between Taylors Wines and Brown Brothers, will host a series of exclusive events from Monday 31 July to 3 August that will showcase the latest releases in its iconic super-premium portfolio to trade and consumers. Taylor Brown is in its third year spearheading New Zealand’s thirst for quality Australian wine.

Third and fourth generation family members, Justin Taylor and Caroline Brown, will play host to consumer and trade events in Auckland and Wellington including the Dine with Dish event taking place on 1 August. Together they will share stories and guide tastings of their most prized wines - Brown Brothers’ Patricia range and Taylors’ St Andrew range alongside Taylors The Pioneer Shiraz and The Visionary Cabernet Sauvignon.

A shared philosophy for producing outstanding quality Australian wine, a love of winemaking and a belief in family business has led this unique collaboration to establish a strong foothold in the New Zealand market since its launch in March 2014. Unlike other export brands working with on the ground distributors, Taylor Brown is in control of its trade relations and business direction by having its own sales force.

For both wine families the New Zealand market is a particularly important one. For the Brown family it was their first ever export market. Today Brown Brothers exports to markets across the globe including the UK and China.  For Taylors New Zealand has always been a key focus, particularly for its Clare Valley red wine, highly regarded among the New Zealand wine cognoscenti.
