Spanish restaurant Martin Berasategui has been voted the best in the world by TripAdvisor. The three-starred restaurant in Lasarte, outside of San Sebastian in Spain is named after its head chef. Tasting menus, diners discover dishes like red mullet with edible scale crystals, fennel with saffron and liquid baby squid bonbon, and a young pigeon that’s charcoal roasted at a low temperature with potato and truffle bites and forgotten vegetables.
