Southern Hospitality has placed its Australian subsidiary into statutory management. Andrew Sallway and Duncan Clubb of BDO Australia have been appointed as administrators as of October 31, with all four Sydney branches reportedly closed yesterday.
The first meeting on the creditors of the company will be held on November 9 in Sydney.
