Shanghai has welcomed thousands of international and domestic exhibitors and visitors to Asia's largest food and beverage exhibition, SIAL China. This year expects record numbers of 3,200 exhibitors and 80,000 professional visitors.
SIAL China's industry recognised events will include SIAL Innovation which celebrates the latest in industry innovation and trends and La Cuisine which will feature cooking demonstrations from members of the World Associations of Chefs Societies. In an exciting first, the international KamCha competition, famous for showcasing Hong Kong-style milk tea since 2009, will be held at the event as one of the official celebrations for the 20th anniversary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This year's Guest Country of Honour Argentina will also actively participate in multiple events throughout the exhibition.
