Gibbon’s development in Richmond is set to receive three new restaurants in the form of Zambrero, Sal’s Pizza, and Japanese restaurant, Aki Kitchen.
The three new restaurants will be apart of the final stage of the construction that began in 2013. A range of other retailers and foodservice operators are already running from the development between Queen and Talbot streets.
The three new restaurants are set to open in early 2020.
