RED HEN REOPENS

The restaurant which drew international ire and tweets from Donald Trump for refusing to serve his Press Secretary has finally reopened, two weeks after the initial incident.

The move from the owner to eject Sarah Sanders prompted worldwide discussion around political civility and the rights of customers in restaurants. Online harassment, conspiracy theories and endless protests forced the restaurant to close its doors.

The restaurant has since reopened to a full house – curious guests who showed up hoping for a table were turned away by a sign at the door. The managers have refused to comment.
