Thanks to its small size, it is easy to handle and position while still offering a large cooking surface. Long-life cast iron plates are acid and salt-proof, resistance to oxidation and ensure hygiene. The plates have a ceramic coating, so they are non-stick and easy to clean. The upper plates are adjustable and self-balancing. The thermostat is adjustable up to 300°C and the plates on the double can be used separately. The stainless steel construction ensures sturdiness and protection from the bustle of a busy kitchen. Available models are Cort (usable surface 355x255mm) and PD (500 x 255mm).
