PIZZERIA ACQUISITION

Brewer Moa Group has agreed to buy Auckland-favourite Non Solo Pizza in a cash and share deal worth $3.75 million. Scheduled to be settled by the end of September, the Parnell restaurant will be acquired through Savor Group Limited. The purchase will be funded by a cash payment of $3.2 million, and shares valued at $550,000.

In addition to Non Solo Pizza, Moa’s portfolio already includes Ebisu, Azabu, Ostro, Seafarers, Seven, Fukuko, Auckland Fish Market, and Tommy’s Champagne Bar. The acquisition of Non Solo Pizza aligns with Moa’s goal of strengthening the brand position of Moa’s beverages as well as furthering their stature in the hospitality industry.

Non Solo Pizza has been operating since 1996 under Antonio Crisci and Vivienne Farnell. They said that they are thrilled to partner with Moa and look forward to the new opportunities that the partnership brings.
