PappaRich Opens Wellington Store

After successfully opening its first store in Auckland this year, Malaysian food chain PappaRich has come to our capital. The franchise unveiled a new restaurant on Grey Street three weeks ago, in a spectacular opening that featured traditional Malaysian lion dancing. Diners can order delicacies such as Roti Canai, traditional Hainan bread, or settle down for a traditional Mee Goreng. These dishes offer a blend of Malay, Chinese, and Indian influences – with PappaRich claiming to offer the most “genuine taste in town”.

Accordingly, the franchise predicts great success for their Wellington store. “Capital dwellers have a long-held love for all things Malaysian – especially the food,” the franchise declared in a July statement. “Be prepared to find your new central city dining obsession.”
