The PappaRich Express outlet will have a condensed version menu to accommodate the fast - paced environment that is available in full-scale PappaRich restaurants in the Auckland CBD, Sylvia Park and Wellington. The menu captures the diverse South East Asian cuisine with a fusion of Malay, Indian and Chinese influences.
