Mexican Mule

Ingredients:

 

  • 45ml White tequila
  • 30ml Soda Press Co liquorice and lemongrass syrup
  • Juice of 1 fresh lime
  • Soda
  • Chilli flakes, for the rim around the glass

Method:

  1. To rim the glass, squeeze a wedge of lime around the edge of the glass, and then roll in chilli flakes.
  2. Add large shards of ice to a glass. Add the tequila, soda syrup and lime juice, stir to combine.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Taste and adjust as necessary.
