For the first time, customers have the chance to vote for their favourite New Zealand restaurant in the latest Menulog Restaurant Awards. Menulog’s biannual Restaurant Awards have introduced a ‘People’s Choice Award’ alongside the announcement of national and local winners.
While winners have traditionally been selected on restaurant performance and popularity, the 2018 People’s Choice Award gives all Menulog Restaurant Partners the chance to be a part of the awards series.
“Menulog’s mission is to help local restaurants promote their business, boost orders and drive sustainable growth,” said Menulog New Zealand manager Paul Dodds. “The Menulog Restaurant Awards have always been an integral part of the Menulog offer for restaurants, however, the introduction of the new People’s Choice Award takes this to the next level.
The People’s Choice Winner will receive $5,000 and the People’s Choice Runner-up will receive $2,500. All Kiwis that vote will also go in the running to win a free Menulog meal every day for three months.
As well as the People’s Choice Award, Menulog will announce a National Winner, as well as the best in Burgers, Pizza, Chinese, Thai and Indian.
